Objective: Acute aortic dissections and ruptures (Typ A and B) are life threatening and frequent lethal diseases with ealy high mortality and morbidity rate such as stoke and paralysis. Aortic Dissection Stent Graft Conduits in the ascending aorta & arch regions, even aortic homografts has less lifetime we were looking for, such as 15 or 20 years.

Methods & Results: We developed a new graphene based nano-tech semi-biologiocal material with a lot of better biological advantages and beneficial abilities as the tradiditional Dacron and other Aortic Graft Cover Material - such as 1.- Infecion Resistance, 2.- Thrombosis Resistance, 3.-Calcification Resistance. The material showed a 200 times stronger durability as stainless steel at the durability test.

Conclusion: After the results above we proved and can maybe conclude that the Graphene based Nano-Material can be in the future the optimal cover material solution for the Aortic Dissection Stent Graft Conduits n the acending and aortic arch region at acute aortic dissections and ruptures. It will be probably the optimal solution for the TAVI -Aorta Ascendens Conduit Device for transapical cardio-thoracic surgical entry in the Typ A and Typ B acute aortic dissection either . This device is not egsist at all of the market by the non solved technical difficulties.
