Genetic synthetic engineering is a discipline that aims to decipher the rules that govern genes expression at the microlevel. Those rules can be used to build a controlled gene circuits such as biological watches and computers. First, There is a need to verify that the
engineered process is clean enough in regard to a normal biological process. Otherwise, the signal might be random and exact values will not be detected. We do not divide the noise from intrinsic (The gene expression process only ) to extrinsic (noise inferred by other processes in the cell that take resources from the lead process).
