One of the critical technologies is the combination of superconductive and semiconductor technologies on the one substrate, including the creation of Josephson junction (JJ) near the gate of a semiconductor transistor.The use of the JJ in self-pumping mode regime can stay the new trend for designing of modern passive terahertz imaging system. Further development will allow to realize the multi-spectrum systems with electronic tunable band. There enclosed theoretical analysis.
