This article describes an implementation approach for the RF interference cancellation technique in full duplex wireless systems. A detailed analysis of the impairments in the RF system and the implementation of the RF interference cancellation are presented. Measurement results indicate more than 50dB suppression of the RF interference in static environments, considering a 1.9 GHz interference signal with 5 MHz bandwidth.
