Laboratory Anywhere, A Flipped Laboratory Paradigm for teaching ECE Laboratories (1004)

This paper describes how the University of Massachusetts Lowell is changing how we teach our Electrical and Computer Engineering Labs using a platform called "Laboratory Anywhere". The equipment combined with a laptop or desktop computer provides students with a low cost, portable electronic test bench. Students can not only work on their labs on their own schedule, but now have the tools to innovate and create independently.
