Solution of Solitary Current Inductor’s “Cutoff Frequency Problem” for EHF Applications (1084)

The theory of inductor with conducting film is considered. Such inductor permits to obtain the wide spectrum of inductance’s probable values for EHF devices with absent of “cutoff frequency problem”. The magnetic field lines of such inductor have been loaded at special conducting film, which abuts on the inductor or is inside it.
