It was established,that time of transient processes in the nonlinear parametrical zonal systems(NPS),working on current ultraharmonics in highest zones of oscillations instability,is shortening considerably and aimed to 0 for account of abrupt phase transition.It allows increasing fast–acting of devices on base of NPS in 100+ times,even applying traditional ferromagnetic materials.For thin–film structures fast–acting increases by some orders more,and their value is in the field of nanosec
