LTCC materials provide mechanical, thermal and electrical stability over a wide range of frequencies and are desirable in production of high quality passive components. The greatest advantages of LTCC technology is manufacture of multilayered structures. These are the reasons that made this technology attractive for the circulator fabrication. The circulator is Bosma stripline Y-junction circulator and is intended to use at the 5 GHz.
