An investigation and study of Beijing citizens winter sports participation

Beijing(Peking) and Zhangjiakou joint bidding for the 24th Olympic winter games is a major strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council. Promotion of ice-snow sports and development mass ice-snow sports are the core purpose of the two cities hosting the Winter Olympics. Empirical survey found, under the background of the Beijing Olympics, Beijing`s bid for the Winter Olympics has a very good public support and public opinion Foundation, but, there are someproblems to be improved, such as, lowawareness of the mass of ice-snow sports, the frequency and level of participation in the ice-snow sports is not optimistic, sports facilities, sports scientific research support, professional talent training, media mobilization, etc. Through in-depth discussion and research, in this paper, we propose a new concept of social mobilization, principles and mechanisms ,Optimization of ice-snow project construction of software and hardware development countermeasures for winter sports and ice-snow projects.
