The Pathways of Daniel Bomberg’s Printed Talmuds Housed at Columbia University: A Case Study

We will respond to the papers listed below, commenting on the ways these scholars are moving research in the field of the history of the Jewish book forward. More specifically, we will discuss how they contribute to examining the social and cultural dynamics of disseminating, reading, selling, buying, gifting and amassing indvidual copies and collections of Jewish books.
