Can mindfulness training be an effective tool for women coping from RPL?

While it is widely accepted that mental well-being contributes to higher chances of a successful pregnancy, there has been relatively little research regarding the link between mindfulness and healthy pregnancy carried out in the field. In this lecture we would like to address the mental factors that lead to stress and anxiety, and suggest a way to develop greater psychological well- being through the practice of mindfulness meditation.
