Introduction: Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) is a standardized method which is used to assess the effectiveness of equal classes of antihypertensive drugs, prognosis of arterial hypertension (AH) and the evaluation of the quality of life of patients with AH.
Objective: to study features data ABPM in patients with hypertension II and III stages after ischemic stroke.
Materials and methods: The study involved 29 patients with hypertension stage II and 110 individuals with hypertension stage III in the late period after ischemic stroke aged 30 - 59 years (59.7% male, 40.3% famel) The duration of hypertension at the time of the survey was 5,1 ± 1,7 years.Patients with hypertension stage III after suffering a stroke took an average of 4,4 ± 1,8 years. In retrospect, we had analyzed the results of office and only the daily values of ABPM patients surveyed in the study. SMAT conducted by a recognized method to AVRM-01 unit (Meditech, Hungary); by Doppler study - on the Sonos unit (the Philips) 7500 M (one) is the B (two-dimensional) modes.
Results: It is shown that the general factors affecting the average SBP per day in patients with hypertension II and III stages were daytime SBP and DBP and their indices time hypertension, SBP at night diurnal minimum and maximum systolic, minimum, average and maximum diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure , average and maximum PAD, Federation Square hypertension SBP and DBP, circadian blood pressure profile.
Conclusions: The results of ABPM in patients with hypertension II and III stages in the long term after suffering a stroke confirmed the presence of the master effect on patients with hypertension stage II greater measure of blood pressure, whereas in patients with hypertension stage III - process of cardiac remodeling and blood vessels.
