Microbiota in Endocardial Endothelial dysfunction in Heart Failure

To determine whether the antibiotic doxyxycline mitigates heart failure by alleviating endothelial dysfunction in heart failure, Sprague-Dawley rats under went MI and treated with doxycycline. The results suggested that antibiotic mitigated endocardial endothelial dysfunction during heart failure in part decreasing dysbiosis.
