Objective to understand the causes of readmission in total hip replacement and to suggest a scale to predict witch patient will return in the period of 30 days to the hospital and to try to make primary care at the first admission to minimize the readmission rate.

Design: retrospective study

Methods: discharge data. (191 patients). We collect data on patients who had undergone total hip replacement . We investigate clinico-pathalogic and demographic factors. We also tried to find out what is the primary readmission cause and relationship between the readmission and the site where the patient admitted (skilled nurse team), also we will discuss what comorbidity have the strong influence on the readmission rate.
