Models of Child Health Appraised (MOCHA) is an EU H2020 research study of primary care models for children in 30 countries in Europe with the aim of highlighting which factors in different systems contribute to optimum care. Another has focused its enquiry on comparing well child programmes in the countries including screening and surveillance schedules and another the use of EHRs in the different countries including communications between primary and specialist care. The findings from these 3 specific work packages will help further inform the roundtable discussions in this special session.
