"The Soul Creatures` Land"
A new Therapeutic Language for Self Awareness and Emotional Regulation. Innovative and Creative Treatment for ADHD

"The Soul Creatures` Land" is a unique therapeutic technique, based on various psychological approaches: the Jungian approach, the Gestalt, concepts from the Narrative Approach, Buddhist Psychotherapy and CBT. This language allows for self-awareness and the creation of internal dialogues between the benefactor forces of the mind – which I named "the magic powers", and the hindering and inhibiting factors which I named "imps".

There are many imps that characterize children and adults with ADHD, activate their behavior and influence their feelings and perception of reality, such as: "The imp of impulsiveness", "The imp of avoidance", "The imp of self-diminishment", The "I want it now" imp and more.
The ability to identify those imps, to have a dialogue with them and to learn to master or train them, is a powerful tool for treating these patients.
In the workshop we will learn to use this language and it`s practical tools to establish positive and constructive communication with ADHD children and adolescents, develop self-awareness, emotional and behavioral regulation, anger management, coping with fear, and more.
Workshop participants will be invited to undergo a significant experience using therapeutic cards, arts and self-expression, which will enable them to become acquainted with their own imps and their own positive powers. Out of this experience, you will learn practical and creative tools which will enrich your therapeutic work with children, adolescents and adults with ADHD
