Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in the Eyes of the Beholders in Terms of Social Rejection

ADHD is a common neuro-psychology disorder. It has Three types of symptoms- Inattention, Hyperactivity and Impulsivity. adults with ADHD perceive them self as reject in social situation. Functional theory of cognition can be described and measured using a functional measuring (Below -FM) how adults with ADHD Judges them social interaction with peers groop in therm of ADHD Symptomes. This type of schemata is presumably made of the following there components. Inattention embedded in the situation (hence PL), Hyperactivity (hence H), and Impulsivity(hence I). Participats 40 22-26 adults males, 20 of them had been diagnosed with ADHD mixed type (hence RG); the members of the control group were 20 individuals (hence CG), 12 with similar background characteristics.

Each participant’s interview included a diagnostic intake and an FM session, where he was asked to imagine fictitious descriptions was produced of young men such that each description included information about three characteristics (elements): hyperactivity, impulsivity, and planning and order. This generated a total of eight combinations. The participant was asked to rate on a scale the extent to which each character would be socially accepted or rejected. After this part of the experiment, the participant was asked general background questions.

People with ADHD describe an experience of social rejection. The apparent components of the disorder - hyperactivity and impulsivity - are highly relative weight in social rejection scheme. Adults who treated report a lower social rejection experience.
