Bipolar in Children

Bipolar Disorder is a disabling condition which is highly comorbid with ADHD throughout the lifecycle, complicating the diagnosis and treatment of both conditions. This presentation will focus on the clinical presentation of Bipolar Disorder in children and adolescents and briefly address relevant research supporting this diagnosis in the pediatric population, including family studies, longitudinal studies and treatment studies.
