Background: Our research results, concerning incidence of attention deficit disorder (ADD) signs denote negative influence over cognitive peculiarities and personal social adaptation.

Aims: To evaluate ADD incidence among II and III year University students on simple hand-eye reaction (SHER) and Bourdon test measures analysis basis.

Methods: 62 students took part in the research, (mean age - 19 ± 0,5). To evaluate ADD signs incidence objectivity, we used SHER methods and Bourdon test computerized version. «Correction test» method, by Bourdon, includes rows of alphabet letters for cancelling set ones. High values evaluate central nervous system functional state: stability, tension rate, fatigue rate, concentration and attention capacity rates, its accuracy and stability.

Results: On the basis of SHER measures variability analysis, due to reaction time (RT) increase up to 225±5 ms, a group of students (8,08%) was found out, whose scale value (SV) by Bourdon test was within 6 to 9 (attention stability is below average), they processed from 1078 to 1595 signs. These results suggest implicitly presence of ADD signs incidence of this group. The rest students were distributed into groups with average (83,88%: RT=195±5ms; SV 10-15) and high (8,06%: RT=175±5ms; SV 16-19) cross measures.

Conclusion: Incidence and persistence of ADD signs is proved in this age group. It causes adaptational mechanisms tension in education, being in direct relationship to sensor information processing speed.
