Introduction: More than 2.6 million patients in the Russian Federation have oncological disease. About 19,5% of them are in a reproductive period. Preservation of ovarian reserve of such patients is a very important problem in oncology now.
Aim: To preserve fertility in oncological patients and develope the first russian cryobank of genetic material of oncological patients.
M&M: We use puncture of follicles, obtaining oocytes from ovarian tissue before cryopreservation, IVM cultivation, vitrification of ovarian tissue, retransplantation of ovarian tissue, aspiration oocytes after retransplantation ovarian tissue, cryopreservation oocytes, cryopreservation embryos.
Results: Since 2012 in our department we have more then 30 cases of pregnancy and parturitions in patients with oncological diseases. Also we have more then 3000 samples of such genetic material in cryobank.
Conclusion: In our department we successfully provide e a unique program for saving fertility in oncological patients.
