CAN WE DETECT EXOSOMES USING MIPs?

Toshifumi Takeuchi

Exosomes have attracted a great attention as new biomarkers for cancers, since unlike conventional biomarkers, exosomes play important roles as communication tools in recurrence and progression of various cancers. Herein, a novel sensing system has been developed, which was composed of an automated liquid handling analyzer with a fluorescence detector and signaling MIPs for exosomes prepared via post-imprinting modifications. In this presentation, this system will be discussed in detail.
