Background: Our research results, concerning incidence of attention deficit disorder (ADD) signs denote negative influence over cognitive peculiarities and personal social adaptation.Aims: To evaluate ADD incidence among II and III year University students on simple hand-eye reaction (SHER) and Bourdon test measures analysis basis. Methods: 62 students took part in the research, (mean age - 18 – 20, full - time students). To evaluate ADD signs incidence objectivity, we used SHER methods, based on T. D. Loskutova`s research work and «correction test» method, worked out by B. Bourdon. High values evaluate central nervous system functional state: rates of tension, fatigue, concentration, capacity, accuracy and stability of attention. Results: On the basis of SHER measures variability analysis, due to reaction time (RT) increase up to 225±5 ms, a group of students (8,08%) was found out, whose scale value (SV) by Bourdon test was within 6 to 9 (attention stability is below average), they processed from 1078 to 1595 signs. These results suggest implicitly presence of ADD signs incidence of this group. The rest students were distributed into groups with average (83,88%: RT=195±5ms; SV 10-15) and high (8,06%: RT=175±5ms; SV 16-19) cross measures.

Conclusion: ADD syndrome prevalence is proved in this age group, so methodological support of studying and training process, aimed at adaptational mechanisms tension decrease, depending on sensor information processing speed, is suggested.
