Quantum Microscopy

For hundreds of years optical microscopy has been motivating better understanding of the physical limits to imaging and the means to reaching them. With the development of various quantum based technologies, it is natural to ask what can quantum concepts contribute to push the limits of microscopy. In this talk we shall discuss how quantum optics could contribute for better microscopy, and demonstrate these ideas in practical experiments.
