Much has been written about the benefits of physical training and sports for the purposeful physical development of children and youth. Here it is necessary to pay attention to such processes in nature, which at first sight are independent of each other.

Let’s consider the following natural phenomena:

  1. Gravity of the Earth,
  2. The weightlessness or influence of weightlessness on the functional system of a person
  3. Physical culture and sports especially running for stayer distance to achieve weightlessness.

Comparing the biomechanics of sport and the physics of weightlessness, we find a unified picture of this natural phenomenon. So physical culture and sports, swimming, athletics, sports games are completely suitable for this process, to be periodically in weightlessness. But the most accessible thing to help the heart is walking or running at an average pace. Raising the knee during walking and running also generates cyclic weightlessness. Therefore, morning and evening walks positively affect the health of the heart and the whole person. Before we begin the discussion on weightlessness through athletics, we’ll find out what weightlessness gives the person. As it is known, there are about 4-5 litres of blood in the circulatory system, which continuously sends this blood throughout the human body thanks to our heart.

If looking at the heart cycle on a cardiogram, the centre of gravity is at the top of the sinusoid due to physical work and then, it descends at the expense of the attraction of the earth. From this point, due to physical work, the centre of gravity of the athlete again rises. And so, the process continues periodically as long as the run continues. Thus, at the high points, the person is in a state of weightlessness and his heart works without a load. These points correspond in the cardiogram to the points of the systole of the myocardium.

When looking at a cardiogram and the weightlessness of a person in time, the coincidence of the systole with the periodicity of the weightlessness of the athlete will be optimal if these peaks coincide. And it will depend on the choice of the running pace. Therefore, to increase efficiency, it is necessary to choose the distance and the speed of running and walking. That`s where the precious health of person lies.
