Performed analysis of results of treatment of 106 patients with vertebral aggressive hemangiomas with the age of 28-61 years.
Punctional vertebroplasty was performed in 106 patients at the age of 28 to 61 years to patients with aggressive hemangiomas at the research institute of traumatology and orthopedics and national center of rehabilitation and prosthetics of the MoH of Uzbekistan. Vertebroplasty was performed one level for 82 patients, two and three level for patients correspondingly 11 and 6. Preoperative and postoperative examination included clinical, radiological, and MRI studies. Procedure was performed under C arm x ray control. All patients had significant decrease of pain syndrome during 24-72 hours. Vertebroplasty with bone cements in patients with aggressive hemangiomas is valuable, mininvasive and rapid method, which decreases pain and restores the spine support.
