Technology to Facilitate Halachic and Medical Care Coordination

This talk will present an ongoing pilot that a Women’s Health Organization is conducting with CardioLync™ in providing Halachic and Medical care coordination to couples.

CardioLync has developed an innovative care coordination and communication platform that helps care providers improve patient outcomes by facilitating initial risk stratification and remote consults thereby reducing admissions and readmissions.

The CardioLync web based portal provides outpatient imaging interpretation and reporting and links up doctors, diagnostic imaging techs, experts and patients for remote diagnosis; speeds access to images, data, and history; and cuts the time to the correct treatment plan.

The Women’s Health Organization provides counseling, referrals and support, to all those seeking professional help in overcoming difficulties starting a family. The Organization’s discreet and caring counselors possess a unique synthesis of pastoral wisdom and specialized training in modern reproductive medicine. Professional supervisors certify the genetic integrity of fertility treatments worldwide.

In the course of its work consulting and advising on critical issues that may arise during pregnancy, The Women’s Health Organization refers patients for potential multiple medical and religious/social consults on fetal echocardiograms and general fetal ultrasounds and other medical diagnostic studies. This organization needs an easily accessible way to consolidate patient diagnostic information with images and expert opinions so that they can facilitate consults quickly when needed.

CardioLync™ is helping this Women’s Health Organization meet its specialized needs. This talk presents an overview of how CardioLync is assisting with an ongoing pilot that is starting with fetal echocardiography and that may expand to all medical areas of support that the Women’s Health Organization provides to its client base.
