The research included anonymous questionnaire of children at general educational organizations with the use of standard methodology, objective examination and electrocardiographic examination of heart with the help of portative 12 channel electrocardiograph apparatus “Electrocardiograph 300G”. 2990 schoolchildren were examined of the age from 11 to 15 at 7 schools of Bishkek and Osh who were selected by chance. Average age of children was 14,0+- 1,5 year olds. Average age of mothers was 46,6+-6,1 and fathers 49,8+-3,6.

Results and Conclusion. According to the analysis of the material obtained in 110 from 2990 (3,7%) children revealed the existence of heredity factor of heart diseases of the first degree, their parents had cardiovascular pathology which were proven by medical documents. 26 children’s (23,3%) parents suffered from coronary diseases of heart with stenocardia, 70 (63,3%) – hypertonic disease, 7 (6,7%) parents had a stroke and 7 (6,7%) – myocardial infarction. On the father’s side, heredity was met two times more -63 (56,7%) cases than on the mother’s side -29(26,6%) cases. 18 (16,7%) children had the existence of heredity factor on both sides. In selected group there were 59 (53,3%) boys and 51 (46,6%) girls. On the analysis of the data of the examination 110 children, 18 (16,7%) had the problem of overweight (21,3 and more), 18 (16,7%) schoolchildren complained of feeling heartbreak. In 11 (10%) children systolic murmur is heard at the top of the heart. From 110 children only 30 (27,7%) had changes to ECG: 15 children had sinus tachycardia,7 had sinus arrhythmia, 6 had incomplete blockade of the right leg bundle Gis and 2 had lower atrial ectopic rhythm. Thus, results of analysis of data obtained show the increased risk of the cardiovascular diseases development of coronary genesis in future of a certain contingent of schoolchildren. Increased risk is explained by the combination of hereditary factor of the first degree of kinship with overweight and the existence of heart changes to ECG.
