At the behest of the “Vienna Child Care Services” the Aks Noah kids@high-risk provides at
date the following projects: 4 residential communities, 4 YouWOBs, IP – projects, EP –
projects, NoFa (Family/ Parents support and counselling), Save Port (individual schooling,
daily structure training) and Workflow (work-training) and as the heart of the nonprofit
association the ship Noah, which sails the European coast with 4 youngsters and 8 adults
forming the crew for one schoolyear.

Life-changing-crises pose challenging development tasks for individuals, groups, families,
teams etc. Referring to the support of kids@high-risk it is necessary to implement an
attentive connected figuration of planed transitions, for attachment-based interaction with
traumatized systems to remain fear free and well-intentioned.
The transition in a timely confined residential care institution and the further transition back
to private or different public care systems is, in the Aks Noah, supplemented with the
integration of the key principles of SySt and the GPA schemata.

In the workshop we will demonstrate this GPA schemata which is based on a triadic value
system of relationship, theorie orientated and order, therefore providing a resource-full frame for the modification of debilitating believes.
