The large amount of satellite accumulate in different orbits are like low earth, Medium earth orbit, Geo-stationary orbit. Every satellite is working for different applications but this becomes debris condition after completion of its life time in the space. This arises the problem of collision of dead satellite with newly launched one. Hence this prototype meets the requirements of artificial satellite with LIDAR system which is used to assign the sea reference point. The slow down process is adopted to deorbit these debris slowly to the atmosphere and move towards the sea surface. To execute this process, 1064nm ND: YAG laser used LIDAR system is used which can generate laser beam and expand it to measure the time taken by the beam from space to space through the sea surface, its approximately around the distance 200 KM. Converted Electric threshold with help of photodiode is applied to the ATMEGA 328 controller which stabilizes the three axis of satellite slowly and more forward towards the sea surface and drop it down through earth atmosphere. Finally this prototype will start working through timer at end of the life time of satellite.
