Adaptation of children with various pathologies of the central and peripheral nervous system is a big problem. The aim was to study the possibility of adaptation of children with cognitive impairments of various origins for integration into society.

Materials and Methods: The study involved 3 groups of children, boys and girls from 3 to 6 years old with perinatal damage CNS and hypoxic- ischemic encephalopathy, burdened with an infectious history in the perinatal period. Groups are formed according to the main diagnoses: mental retardation and speech development delay (MRSDD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

For activation of damaged and pathologically forming structures of the central and peripheral nervous systems in children, were used methods of sensorimotor integration in a specialized environment and neuromodulation on a magnetic stimulator Neuro-MS/D Neurosoft.

We used sensorimotor integration: kineological exercises, methods of tactile correction and stimulation of deep sensitivity. Neuromodulation was performed on magnetic stimulator Neuro-MS/D Neurosoft in various projections: the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, the motor and premotor zones of the brain on the right and left, as well as the sensory and motor zones of speech. With the central (transcranial) stimulation, we used peripheral stimulation at the limbs and segmental stimulation with individually selected parameters stimulation.

Result: We had clinically significant effect after the end of the course in all three groups, but most pronounced effect was in the group with MRSDD. In group with ASD had minimally positive results. In group with ADHD clinically effect was a middle. The results of dynamic changes are confirmed clinically and recorded by neurophysiological methods of diagnosis before and after the course of rehabilitation, such as EEG, brain VP, transcranial magnetic stimulation.

Conclusions: This integrated approach has proven to be very effective
