This micrograph shows the SEM characterization of a dewetting morphology of a Fe-C thin film on sapphire substrate. Sample composition: 25nm Fe - 1.24nm C - 25nm Fe. Annealing condition: 1323K; 2 hours; Ar+10%H2 99.999%; Rapid Thermal Annealing. The scale bar is 20 micrometre.
