Purpose: imaging features of TA in contrast based imaging modalities – CEM / MRI.

Materials and methods: We reviewed CEM and a breast MRI study of 6 patients with a biopsy proven tubular adenoma. The age range was 22-68. Indications for the studies were known breast carcinoma, lesion assessment and high risk follow up.

Results: Most lesions were presented as an oval \ lobulated well circumscribed enhancing mass. CEM revealed marked homogenous enhancement. MRI`s enhancement patterns were mostly homogenous.

Conclusion: In our study tubular adenoma has shown characteristic features on CEM and MRI, which have been scarcely described in literature.
