A novel principle and scheme of static Imaging Spectropolarimetry which can obtain the image, spectrum and polarization information of the target simultaneously based on Savart polariscope is presented. It can get not only the image and spectrum of the target, but also get the full Stokes parameters of each pixel. The experiment device of Interference Imaging Spectropolarimeter was developed to acquire the long-range target image, spectrum and polarization information, realizing the static, real-time acquisition of image, spectrum and polarization multidimensional information. The simulated space-borne detection experiments demonstrating its ability for target identification, urban planning and agriculture monitoring applications are carried out.
