Brain CTA demonstrated RT frontal lobe mass with ring enhancement.
Brain MRI was consistent with a brain abscess.
Whole body CT to search for the of source of infection revealed pulmonary arteriovenous malformation in the left lower lobe of the lung.
Later in the course of disease the patient suffered MCA infarct and splenic infarcts.
Focused anamnesis revealed a history of familial epistaxis and a diagnosis of Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) was made using clinical criteria.
Clinical and radiological features of HTT will be discussed.
