Genomic technologies have made a huge impact across many fields such as medicine, agriculture, synthetic biology, environmental science and computational science. Moreover, next generation sequencing technologies have been rapidly advancing in the last decade, revolutionizing our understanding of normal physiology and disease. The Crown Institute for Genomics at the G-INCPM, Israel National Center for Personalized Medicine, uses state-of-the-art genomic technologies and infrastructure to provide a wide range of key Genomic technologies to all Israeli researchers (academy, clinic and pharma). We provide a modular service based on the researcher needs, which includes consultation, project design, sample preparation by type, sequencing services and data analysis. The key technologies include short read sequencing platforms (Illumina NovaSeq, Nextseq and Miseq), library preparation for RNA-seq and DNA-seq (both commercial and in-house protocols), single cell RNA-seq (10x genomics), and long read sequencing (PacBio). All services are fully supported for downstream analysis by the Ilana And Pascal Mantoux Institute for Bioinformatics unit at the G-INCPM. Please visit our website (https://g-incpm.weizmann.ac.il/) and launch a request to begin a project with us.
