  • Developed ISR in 2017 for which another Stent was put in LAD
  • Nov 2018, patient came with AWMI
  • Angio revealed 100% Stent Occlusion

  • OCT revealed Stent Strut Fracture

This case highlights the importance of imaging modality OCT, in order to diagnose a case of stent failure, as stent fracture. Which facilitated the correct treatment.
