Synthego has developed automated platforms for engineering immortalized cell lines and stem cells at scale, using the CRISPR-Cas technology. In order to improve the efficiency of genome engineering, new methodologies and technologies are required. We describe innovative technologies and methods for: optimizing and standardizing CRISPR editing methods; temporal control of CRISPR on and off-targeting; improved tools for predicting editing outcomes; methods for precisely manipulating edited cell populations.
