Lior is a Partner in the Risk Advisory division leading Deloitte cyber center in Tel Aviv with more than 19 years of experience in information technology and cyber security, and cyber innovation. Lior support both Israel and global organization with concentrations on organizational strategic planning in the cyber security realms, ranging from information security governance through risk management for cyber-security threats, construction of organizational processes, and up to selection and innovate of appropriate technological solutions. Lior specializes in construction of Cyber strategy, Cyber analytics platforms, setting up of Security Operations Centers (SOC),and monitoring platforms building Incident Response capability.
