Opening Greetings

Dr. Victor Sánchez Urrutia currently serves as the National Secretary in Charge of the National Secretariat for Science, Technology and Innovation. Previously, he held the position of Director of Business Innovation. He has been working in the field of technology and innovation for more than 20 years. Dr. Sánchez has done research in biomechanics, robotics, and artificial intelligence. He is a full professor of Mechanical Engineering at the Technological University of Panama and has held several management positions in the university in addition to serving as a technological consultant to Panamanian companies.
