Eli Faskha is Founder and CEO of Soluciones Seguras, one of the leading Cybersecurity companies in Central America, with offices in Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala and El Salvador. Under his leadership, the company has steadily grown for almost 20 years and has been recognized multiple times for its achievements. As a Cybersecurity expert, he holds multiple certifications, and has been a contributing author in Cybersecurity books from Syngress Publishing. He has trained delegates from over a dozen countries in the Americas. He is a former President of the Panamanian Chamber of Technology, and now is the President of the Panama Digital Hub strategy. He was part of the board of the Venture Club, Panama’s first Angel fund, and the Panama-Israel Chamber of Commerce. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton and Moore Schools, he also holds an MBA From Georgetown University.

Algunas de mis especialidades son: desarrollo de politicas/procesos/procedimientos, pruebas de intrusión y análisis de vulnerabilidad, selección, implementación y gestión de controles de seguridad, gestión de amenazas, arquitectura de seguridad de nube, protección de infraestructura crítica, gerenciamiento de grupos de trabajo de seguridad de la información y respuesta a incidentes de seguridad cibernética, asi como gestión de la gobernanza de las funciones relacionadas con seguridad cibernética.

Dr. Felix A. Barrio holds a MSc in Software Engineering and CISM credentials. Between 2007 and 2019, Felix Barrio’s professional work has been in the Governmental Spanish National Cybersecurity Institute. In parallel he has combined his position as a member of the Board of Directors of the European Cyber Security Organization (ECSO) in Brussels, with the Spanish presidency of the National technical committee on Cybersecurity standards. Advisor to the OAS and the EU for different international cooperation programs, he is currently Director of the Tec Cyber Security Hub of Tec de Monterrey, first in LATAM.

Mrs. Sibils is currently Director of the Information Technology and Telecommunications School at Duoc UC, Chile. She is responsible for leading the development project of the Information Technology School, relating the design and implementation of the programs with the industry. Director Sibils credentials are Information Technology in Civil Engineering and MBA degrees achieved at the Pontificia Universidad Católica, Chile. She has experience in the design, development and implementation of educational projects. She is a high-performance team leader and also participates as a local leader of regional projects for Latin America.

Computer Systems Engineer, Graduated from the ESCOM of the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, has 18 years of experience in the IT area. In its beginnings, it was dedicated to the programming and architecture of critical business systems in J2EE and biometric authentication. Shifting role to Information Security as an ethical hacker, head of security labs, incident team leader and security architect. His career has worked in companies such as Accenture, IDS, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Microfocus, Cylance and Grupo Salinas, having responsibilities in Mexico and Latin America. He has worked for various sectors such as banking, housing, retail, government, telecommunications, energy, media, insurance, call centers, mining. He is currently responsible for security in digital transformation, data governance and digital ecosystems at Banco Azteca.
