As a Cybersecurity expert, he holds multiple certifications, and has been a contributing author in Cybersecurity books from Syngress Publishing. He has trained delegates from over a dozen countries in the Americas. He is a former President of the Panamanian Chamber of Technology, and now is the President of the Panama Digital Hub strategy. He was part of the board of the Venture Club, Panama’s first Angel fund, and the Panama-Israel Chamber of Commerce. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton and Moore Schools, he also holds an MBA From Georgetown University.

In parallel he has combined his position as a member of the Board of Directors of the European Cyber Security Organization (ECSO) in Brussels, with the Spanish presidency of the National technical committee on Cybersecurity standards. Advisor to the OAS and the EU for different international cooperation programs, he is currently Director of the Tec Cyber Security Hub of Tec de Monterrey, first in LATAM.
