Anatel’s Role in Cybersecurity

Carlos Baigorri has a degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Brasilia (UnB), with a master's and doctorate in Economics from the Catholic University of Brasilia (UCB). I work in the telecommunications market since 2006. I have been an employee of Anatel since 2009. I already worked in Anatel as Executive Superintendent, Competition Superintendent, Head of Technical Advisory and Substitute Member of the Board of Directors. Actually I work as the Head of Regulatory Compliance.
