There is a growing need to use data and information sciences in the benefit of nanotechnology, which emerged the new field of Nanoinformatics. Our lab has developed novel computational solutions for cancer nanomedicine, based on text data mining/natural language processing, molecular descriptors and high throughput nano-formulation. In this talk, I will present how these new nanoinformatic tools can be used to repurpose existing nanomaterials, predict multiple types of drug loaded nanoparticles and generate unique bioconjugates for personalized nanomedicine.
