Introduction:
Pain in foot (metatarsalgia) is one of the main leading causes to Doctor referral.
Causes of metatarsalgia:
- Morton’s neuroma
- Hallux Rigidus
- Plantar plate rupture

Due to diagnosis difficulty patients are referred to too many tests.
One of the common ways is questionnaires, which is a cheaper and more reliable test.
Metatarsalgia is defined as pain that`s located Below the plantar aspect of metatarsal heads.
Based on the results of literature , reliability and drawing were tested by patients and found to be reliable drawings.

We will use questionnaires with reduced graphic aids and improve them.

Charts of marking foot areas have also been developed in a way that can be used to investigate pain and create foot located pain classifications.

These results suggest that foot problems are not only extremely common in older patients, but also significantly affect patients` functioning.


Methodology:
The patient is given a form to mark the pain in the lower limb.

The pictures in which the patient will mark the location of his pain. The questionnaire also lists the types of pain that the patient can choose from.

Results And Discussion:
65 forms were made, of which 18 were diagnosed with Morton`s neuroma, Morton`s neuroma`s marks are divided into 2 types : one type is people who make a certain point as if drawing peas, and a second type that shows the area of ​​pain, sometimes the area gets out of habit, and we attribute it to neural pain.

Other types of diseases that we have been able to characterize are Hallux Rigidus, Hammer Toe, sesamoiditis, AVN of mp1, plantar fasciitis.

The gestalt of the painting can teach us about the nature of the disease.

Our results suggest the need to find people who are able to draw their pain.
