Digital humanities is a broad field comprising areas of preservation, dissemination, and discoverability. One area which is often forgotten is digital curation, namely how material is presented in a meaningful manner to stimulate interest and encourage further discovery. This presentation will present the thought process and challenges of aggregation, distillation, elevation, and chronology within the multilingual and mulitcultural field of digital Judaica. Specifically, I will compare and contrast various formats of digital Judaica including digital exhibits, virtual tours, and curated databases to provide an overview of the state of the art within digital curation, paying special attention to the digital humanities projects of the other panel presenters.
