Genomic technologies have made a huge impact across many fields such as medicine, agriculture, synthetic biology, environmental science, and computational science. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies have progressive advantages in terms of cost-effectiveness, unprecedented sequencing speed, high resolution, and accuracy in genomic analyses, thus revolutionizing our understanding of normal physiology and disease. The Crown Institute for Genomics at the G-INCPM, Israel National Center for Personalized Medicine (INCPM), uses state-of-the-art genomic technologies and infrastructure to allow a wide range of key technologies to all Israeli researchers (academy, clinic, and pharma). We offer a modular service to fit the specific needs of any project. These include consultation, project design, a selection of commercial and in-house library preparation techniques compatible with input material and the project’s needs, a variety of sequencing services, and data analysis. Our key technologies include high quality RNA-seq analysis, using 3’ gene expression or full length RNA-seq, DNA-seq, ChIP-seq, RRBS, nanostring digital counting, single cell multiomics and spatial transcriptomics. All technologies are compatible with our short read sequencing platforms, Illumina NovaSeqTM6000, NextSeqTM 500, and MiSeqTM, and long read analysis PacBio for de novo assembly. All our services are fully supported for downstream analysis by the Ilana And Pascal Mantoux Institute for Bioinformatics unit at the G-INCPM.
