Cannabis is one of the most popular drugs today and has been used by humans for thousands of years, legally and in illegal ways. Interest in the medicinal use of cannabis and cannabinoids is increasing rapidly in recent years. Cannabis exposure is becoming more common - many people are desperate to find anything that works to alleviate their symptoms and some are using it recreationally.

Yet, what is known about how it is associated with brain health and what is the relationship between long-term cannabis and cognitive function in humans. Studies indicate that sustained activation of CB1 receptor signaling is a major contributing factor for the onset of cognitive deficits associated to long-term cannabis use.

The story of Cannabis will be presented showing sources of unique biological information including Bioactivity Indicators, Target Indicators and Structure Activity Relations (SAR).
