The development of advanced technologies for next generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized research and clinical practice, allowing broad and deep views into genomes and transcriptomes. At the Genomic Applications Lab of the Faculty of Medicine at the Hebrew University we offer NGS services for DNA and RNA samples, including single cell and spatial transcriptomics. We have acquired vast expertise in the NGS field and provide solutions for a wide range of sample types for both internal and external researchers. We have also embedded automation to support high throughput processing. I will present the Genomic Applications Lab and discuss a few exciting projects carried out by the lab.
