Yael Feinstein-Rotkopf Zakhariya Manevitch
Core Research Facility, Hebrew University Faculty of Medicine, Israel

We welcome you to the Light Microscopy Laboratory at the Hebrew University Medical School. The laboratory is equipped with state of the art microscopes supporting researchers from the faculty, from Hadassah hospital and from Biotech companies to perform the most sophisticated and up-to-date experiments.

The facility offers a wide variety of microscopes including epi-fluorescence, stereomicroscope, scanning confocal, spinning disc confocal, light sheet, super-resolution structured illumination microscope and muti-photon that provide answers for a wide range of applications. Our confocals are equipped with spectral systems enabling you to use the full range of fluorescent markers. Our multiphoton, scanning confocal, spinning disc confocal and epi-florescence microscopes are equipped with CO2 and temperature controlled incubators, enabling researchers to perform time-lapse experiments unraveling dynamic biological processes. Following image acquisition, researchers are welcomed to contact our in-house image analysis specialist, enabling you to quantify the imaging results. We are inviting you to come and visit our unit and will be happy to assist you with your experiments.
