Advances in CRISPR

Genome editing has taken the biological world by storm, and has branched out into many different sub-types, both on the individual molecule level as well as whole genome screens. This has implications on the computational side as well, both in terms of design and interpretation of experiments. This talk will present the latest advances in the CRISPR field.
