The development of advanced technologies for next generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized research and clinical practice, allowing broad and deep views into genomes and transcriptomes. At the Genomic Applications Lab of the Faculty of Medicine at the Hebrew University we offer NGS services for DNA and RNA samples, including single cell and spatial transcriptomics. We have acquired several RNAseq preperations that fit with a wide range of RNA sample types based on researcher requests, RNA concentration, and RNA quality. We also keep modifying these protocols according to recent research developments.
